WHAT IS THE WOW! NOW! FACIAL™ ?

WOW! NOW! ™ is Rumer Cosmetic Surgery’s innovative 3-Step Facial, combining our most popular skin treatments – the IPL Photo Facial, ThermiSmooth™ NON-INVASIVE SKIN SMOOTHING and the OMG Facial™ with TruPRP — to minimize the premature aging of your face from the effects of sun exposure.

Our special 1-2-3 revitalization treatment can minimize the effects of skin damage and make your skin look years younger right away!

WHAT DOES THE PROCEDURE INVOLVE?

The 3-Step WOW! NOW! treatment begins with our gentle, non-ablative IPL Photo Facial, eliminating red facial lines, rosacea, irregular pigmentation and dark sunspots with a broad spectrum of light energy beneath the epidermis, targeting and destroying unwanted melanin spots and blood vessels for an even skin tone. It also improves the appearance of acne scars. After the treatment, you will see your age spots getting darker, and then fade away within a week. A minimum of three treatments is highly recommended for optimal results.
The next step is our ThermiSmooth™ skin smoothing process, using non-invasive radio frequency (RF) to stimulate the reproduction of collagen, improving skin laxity and reducing fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes and mouth area. The ThermiSmooth™ procedure is painless, safe, and effective. A series of three to four treatments is required for optimal results, increasing skin thickness and improving skin quality.
We’ll finish with the OMG Facial™, which uses your own Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) to bring new life to your face. We’ll draw your blood and remove your own PRP, which will be applied topically to your face. Then we’ll use Rejuvapen™, a small micro-needle device that creates invisible micro perforations into the epidermis to allow transdermal delivery of the PRP. Finally, another layer of PRP is applied to energize production of natural collagen and elastin, and reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and scarring while improving the skin’s tone and texture.

HOW LONG IS RECOVERY AND WHEN CAN I RESUME MY NORMAL ACTIVITIES?

The procedures involved in the WOW! NOW! Facial require no down time and have an extremely low risk of side effects. Patients can apply make-up immediately after the procedure and get back to their usual daily activities. We recommend that you stay out of the sun for the first three days and use a sunblock (UPF 50 or greater) whenever you are outdoors. You can resume your normal day-to-day activities immediately after the treatment!
